Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />REC��D <br />Subject: Secondary Containment Testing Reports for B879 and B882 <br />Underground Storage Tanks at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Site 300 <br />Dear Ms. Manzo: <br />Please find enclosed the July 17, 2017, Secondary Containment Testing reports for leak <br />testing of secondary containment components of the permitted petroleum underground storage <br />tank (UST) systems 879-D1U1, 879-G3U1, and 882-DIU1 at the Lawrence Livermore <br />National Laboratory, Site 300. The secondary containment leak testing was performed in <br />accordance with California Health and Safety Code §25284. 1 (a)(4)(B)(i) and California Code <br />of Regulations Title 23 §2637(a). Secondary containment testing of the USTs was performed by <br />Mr. Brian Thornton of Thornton Environmental Construction, Inc. of Milpitas, CA.
