Tanks 827-D1U1, 865-D1U1, and 879-
D1U1 were integrity tested and found to be leak tight.
Monthly tank integrity testing is performed to satisfy the requirements of Title
23,California Code of Regulations, Division 3,Chapter 16 Underground Tank
Regulations, Section 2643 (c), (1).
All integrity tests for the month of December were completed using Horner EZY-
CHEK test equipment operated by state licensed tank tester, Mr. Richard J. Silva
(License No. 91-1437) of Clayton Environmental Consultants, Inc., Pleasanton,
California. The Clayton test reports are enclosed.
As you were informed on January 7, 1994,there is some doubt to the validity of the
tank data due to the omission of the constant pressure chamber during the tests.
We are in the process of securing a contract with another state licensed tank tester
to retest these USTs. We will submit these results to you within 30 days of receipt
of the written test report. Enclosed are the results of the integrity tests for
December.
If you require additional information or have questions regarding the integrity
testing procedure or results, please call Richard Henry of the Tank Assessments
and Guidance Group (510) 423-3641.
Sincerely,
J
Susi Jackson, Di 'on Leader
Operations and Regu atory Affairs
Environmental Protection Department
CSJ/DC:kp
Enclosures
An Equal Opportunity Employer•Universityof California•P.O Box 808 Livermore,California 94550•Telephone(415)422-1100•Twx 910-386-8339 UCLLL LVMR
