The initial tests were
performed using Horner EZY-CHEK test equipment operated by state licensed
tank tester,Mr. Richard J. Silva (License No. 91-1437) of Clayton Environmental
Consultants,Inc., Pleasanton,California. After the completion of these tests we
discovered that the test method used may not have met State requirements and
thus may not have reflected actual conditions.
Subsequently, we contracted with Environmental Testing and Technologies,Inc. to
retest the USTs. State licensed tank testers,Mr. John Mastandrea (License No. 91-
1193) and Mr. Ray Moalman (License No. 92-1364) conducted the retests using the
ProTank Inc. VPLT-A Computerized Precision Tank Testing System. All three
tanks passed these tests.
Recycled
An Equal Opportunity Employer•University of California•P.O.Box 808 Livermore,CA 94551-9900 0 Telephone(510)422-1100 •Twx 910-386-8339 UCLLL LVMR
