The B-70 features a top section that swivels/rotates with <br />loading nozzle movement and/or hydraulic shock, while the <br />bottom section remains securely sealed to the 4 -inch tank <br />riser. <br />Simply retrofit existing fill adapter without adjustment to <br />riser and/or spill bucket. This space saver is short enough <br />to be easily installed in all fill sites. When used together <br />with a flat cap, it is only a 1/4 -inch higher over a standard <br />adapter and cap. <br />Quality, durable stainless steel ball bearings design. <br />CARB approved, swivel adapter reduces fugitive <br />emissions.
