WHAT RECORDS MUST YOU KEEP OR FILE <br />WITH THE IMPLEMENTING <br />You must keep records of the type of coverage <br />you have at your tank site or your place of busi- <br />ness. In addition, you must maintain a certifi- <br />cation of financial responsibility (see page 10). <br />You must keep both of these records until your <br />tanks are properly closed. <br />You only need to report and/or file copies of <br />these records with EPA in the following cases: <br />♦ You install a new tank system. <br />♦ You have confirmed that a tank system is <br />leaking. <br />♦ You receive notice that a method of <br />coverage you have will be cancelled or <br />will not provide sufficient coverage, and' <br />you are unable to get other coverage. <br />♦ EPA or a State agency requests your <br />records. <br />__9__ <br />
