P i'''✓,Oil" "Z, <br />Dear Kasey, <br />The following items are in response to your questions and <br />concerns regarding the BP Oil project at 1403 Country Club Blvd. <br />1. BP Oil will provide overfill protection by installing an <br />11OPW-6I-S0 shut-off device. On the fill tube, set at 95% <br />of tank capacity(in addition to all other equipment shown <br />on the approved drawings). <br />2. BP Oil will install a tank gauge, Veeder Root TLS 250 or <br />equivalent. At the time the tanks are installed. The <br />approved drawings indicate "Future installation of the <br />tank gauge" which is incorrect. <br />3. The manager of the facility will be Denise White (she is <br />also the current manager) phone (209) 943-2082. <br />4. Mr. Pete DeSantis is the contact person at BP <br />Environmental Group and is authorized to order clean up. <br />5. Investigation and clean up will be by contract with IT <br />Corporation. <br />6.
