Response #8: <br />• Enclosed you should find copies of the hazardous waste manifest generated at <br />this facility over the last three years. Copies have also been forwarded to the <br />site. <br />Issue #9: <br />• There was a 55 gallon drum of used absorbent that was not properly sealed at <br />the time of the inspection. <br />Response 9: <br />• All waste containers, excluding remedial purge water, were removed from the <br />facility on 5/20/08. <br />Issue #10: <br />• There were waste drums on site that did not have an accumulation start data <br />printed n the label. <br />Response #10: <br />• The manager at this location corrected the labels and the drums were removed <br />from the facility. <br />Issue #11: <br />• There were empty containers in the car wash that were not labeled as <br />"empty". <br />Response #11: <br />• The manager at this location labeled the containers as "empty" and is in the <br />process of have these drums removed from the location. <br />This letter and the documents received should address the issue(s) indicated on the <br />Inspection Report.
