From this time forward, an alarm log <br />will be established onsite. <br />Item 23a: <br />Attached are designated operator records from Franzen Hill. <br />Item 23c: <br />12-18-10 L-6 91 Turbine Sump — Fuel Alarm: Water was present in the sump. All water was removed <br />and stored in the onsite haz-mat barrel. <br />6-23-11 All Alarms: At an unknown time, our TLS -350 was inadvertently placed into a 24-hour test mode. <br />The result was a "Sudden Loss Alarm" due to the daily sales. Elite IV dispatched Fred to ensure that the <br />system was indeed intact. All sumps and float switches were inspected, and placed into alarm to check <br />for functionality. <br />7-6-11 L-4 87 Siphon Sump -- Fuel Alarm. Water was present in the sump. All water was removed and <br />stored in the onsite haz-mat barrel. <br />7-23-11 L-4 87 Siphon Sump — Fuel Alarm: Water was present in the sump.
