0 0 Page 2 of 2 <br />I <br />I received a phone call from Carrie Miller with Elite IV regarding a service call they received <br />from Veeder Root to respond to an alarm at 3304 W Hammer Ln Stockton. When the tech <br />arrived on site, he found that the monitoring panel had been cold started, according to Carrie, <br />by the CARB. She explained that this site is a beta testing for the HERT ISD/Phase II for CARE. <br />She also stated that HERT had hired a tech to do some decay testing last week and that Stacy <br />was present. I need to get some more information from staff, but wanted to let you know what <br />I had so far. Don't have all the facts yet. Carrie was concerned with first, the alarm history had <br />been erased, and two, who would obtain the permit application. The panel was all functions <br />normal when he arrived. <br />So Stacy and Garrett, do you know anything about what's going on at this site? RvF <br />5/11/2011 <br />
