Below is a summary of the items required to complete the submittal package: <br />• Cut sheets for ALL piping and piping accessories (couplers, elbows, clamps, etc.) <br />Proposal for testing of new installed piping; primary (pressure test) and secondary (soap test) <br />Proposal for verifying the integrity of the existing piping after demolition <br />• Detail information for penetration of the sump for primary and secondary <br />• Certifications for installers <br />• 3- sets of the project drawings (OSHPD #SS -071843) <br />Muniappa tells me that the Service request is in process and he will turn the approval around as soon <br />as possible pending the completed package. Muniappa, please reply to all if any of this does not <br />match your understanding. <br />I am in the process of making the reproductions of project drawings.
