We have reviewed your request and the supporting documents
you provided, and we have consulted with the local permitting agency and water
purveyor.
The reason for your request was that the well located at 1800 W. Yosemite Ave. was no
longer used as a public drinking water well. The local permitting agency has moved your
underground storage tank (UST) to the correct location in our Geotracker database. The
water purveyor for the well located at 1800 W. Yosemite Ave., Manteca, states that the
well is no longer used for public drinking water and that the facility uses city water. Your
request has been approved for the reason(s) indicated below.
• UST system is not within 1000 feet of a public drinking water system.
If you have any questions, please contact Marcele Christofferson at (916)341-5594.
Sincerely,
x
Kevin L.
