N N <br />To Whom It May Concern: 2/13/06 <br />On 11/18/2005 Dennis Catanyag was on site for my monitoring certification. While on <br />site he noticed that after the spill bucket had been replaced that the line tightness test was <br />not performed within the required time frame. I was under the assumption that I had a <br />leak at my fuel pumps and did not know that a line test was performed the same day as <br />the monitoring test. After talking with Doug Wilson and after reviewing my records, I <br />have found that the line test was completed and has passed.
