Please note that the scope of work does not plan to replace any sensors or <br /> perform a "cold start" of the monitoring system. The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Zuna Barker at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspection for emergency <br /> work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> • Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br /> that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br /> of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code <br /> • 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on Diesel submersible turbine pump sump. <br /> • Secondary containment testing on Diesel piping sump is required six month after <br /> installation of penetration fittings. Provide 48 hour notification to the EHD when this test <br /> is scheduled. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. If concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be performed on <br /> the tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 5. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued <br /> 1868 E.
