To whom It may concern, It was brought to Lescure Company,Inc.attention through Kaiser Permanente channels that a violation was given to the facility stating that compliance was not followed by our company during the filtering and treatment of the product Inside of the UST.in my service report I had stated what work was done and that 3 alarms had gone off at the ATG.I also had noted what the particular action was that caused the alarm in the two instances.Two from disconnecting the cord cap off the probe to remove It from the UST and the other from circulating the fuel. In the violation,it was stated or suggested that Lescure Company,Inc,reprogrammed the ATG to perform the work,which is not the case.A"PROBE OUT"Is one of a few alarms that is able to be displayed on the ATG screen and Alarm History.The ATG can also display"SYSTEM DATA WARNING"as per the Veeder•Root Manual No 576013.939 and No 576013.610.The Initial alarm carne up as"Probe Out"at 9:07am when the cord cap was removed from the probe.We then silenced the alarm by pressing"REO"Alarm button at the same time 9:07am.When depressing this button the ATG goes from an alarm condition to a"SYSTEM DATA WARNING'because you acknowledged the alarm by pressing the"RED"Alarm button.The warning stays In effect until the situation Is corrected.This was done at the end of the day as my service report states that was turned over to the owner during that week. On aside It would not be a normal Industry standard and go into the ATG and Just randomly change the recorded"SET UP",it Is also against Lescure Company,Inc.Standards.Our San Joaquin Hazmat Permit is the only paperwork we have at the moment to change the"SET UP'to add two leak sensors per the permit, I would like to phrase again that no one from Lescure Company,Inc or Dynamic Solutions 2301 Arnold Industrial Way,Sulte C•Concord,CA.94520 Phone(925)283-2528 fax(925)283-1630
