The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a <br />48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections for <br />emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of <br />Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that a cold start is necessary, <br />a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder <br />Root system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />b. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating pressure, <br />or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />c. Primary piping test: Witness tightness test performed by SWRCB licensed tank tester. <br />d. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If there <br />are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method <br />specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br />e. Visual inspection of the piping inside the filtration cabinet for fuel leaks. <br />f. If concrete will be broken near the UST or piping, a secondary containment test must be <br />performed on the affected UST or piping once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br />current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued <br />1868 E.
