Hammer Ln., Stockton, CA 95210 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine underground storage tank <br />inspection on June 25, 2007 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued to you along with a request for pertinent information that was necessary in order to <br />bring this site into compliance. You were required to submit this information by July 25, 2007. This information has <br />not been received. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations.
