Hammer Lane, Stockton CA <br />This is an update to the referral that.was made to your office regarding the above <br />referenced site. On April 7, 2004 Michelle Le, witnessed the removal and soil sampling <br />of the un -permitted piping that was installed in January of 1999. The enclosed pictures <br />and inspection report are of the piping removal and soil sampling performed on April 7, <br />2004. The piping in question was never approved for use by this department.
