Part of the site piping was closed in place on December 5, 7 and 10, 2012 under permit <br /> SR0065795 and secondary containment tightness testing on the remaining piping and the sump was not <br /> scheduled and witnessed by an EHD inspector. The testing is a condition of the closure permit and was <br /> required within one week of returning the system to operating condition. Failed to demonstrate that the <br /> Diesel UST system is structurally sound (permit conditions were not followed). Immediately schedule <br /> this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> 302 & 308. Piping test boot was not pulled back in piping sump. Any potential release from the primary <br /> containment into the secondary containment in the Diesel piping does not flow into a collection sump. <br /> All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection sump <br /> located at the low point of the underground piping. The testing technician pulled the test boot back, <br /> correcting the violations. <br /> Notes <br /> 1. Complete the following by February 11, 2013 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department: <br /> a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br /> b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br /> c. Supporting documentation. <br /> 2.
