Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Garrett Backus to arrange the following inspections(a 48 hour notice is <br /> required): <br /> a. Verify corrosion protection on the fill riser and spill container before back <br /> filling. <br /> b. One hour hydrostatic test(or equivalent)on the spill container. <br /> c. Verify the five gallon capacity and drain valve operation of the spill container. <br /> d. Inspection of the drop tube to verify the 95%tank volume shutoff. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a.
