The permit has <br /> been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council"UST <br /> Installer/Retrofitter"certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is <br /> performed. <br /> 3. Manufacturer's certification of training must be presented at time of appointment <br /> before any testing can take place. <br /> 4. Contact me at(209)468-0341 to arrange the following inspection appointment(s); a <br /> 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br /> a. Sensor Testing: Sensor must be tested in water(and fuel if it is <br /> discriminating)to verify functionality. <br /> 5. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
