During the monthly inspection, <br />the designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, check that each alarm was <br />documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in <br />response to any alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at <br />this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />307 <br />CCR 2632(c) Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained. <br />The diesel annular sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested and, therefore, the tank is not <br />monitored. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an audible and visual <br />alarm system. The sensor, model number 0794390-409, was replaced, like for like, and retested during the <br />inspection. A "UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite" form has been completed and provided to the <br />operator and contractor. <br />Th~ s was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />325 <br />CCR 2635(b) Spill container failed to contain a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br />The 87, 91 and diesel spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. All spill containers shall have <br />a minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to <br />repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. During the inspection, the service <br />technician repaired the diesel spill container by replacing the drain valve and o-ring, and the service technician <br />replaced the o-rings on the 91 and 87 spill buckets. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />On site on January 25, 2016, to conduct a routine UST monitoring system certification, spill container and line <br />leak detector inspection.
