Over time, the <br />pressure decay rates are interpolated to leak rates by the CEI Series consoles. CEI <br />systems analyze pressure to an accuracy of better than 1 /70th of a psi. <br />The use of the Line Leak Probe allows the CEI System to continuously test for leaks <br />of at least 3 gph and to automatically test for leaks of at least .1 gph. CEI received <br />independent third party certification of both line leak tests in September, 1991. <br />Benefits <br />The Line Leak Probe provides accurate and repeatable pressure measurement, which <br />is critical for reliable line leak detection. A Morrison Bros. Part No. 530-0100AV check valve should be installed <br />between the turbine and the Line Leak Probe. The turbine check valve should be <br />removed. <br />Control Engineers, Inc.
