Saw cut the manway lid and install a new Fiberlite (FL 90) manway lid, <br /> II. Replace old spill buckets with new 5 gallon Phil-tite buckets, <br /> 111. Inst n EBW drop tube, <br /> IV. 41eV4 uid sensors on the fill sumps, <br /> V. Re-fiberglass the reducer collar in the sumps to center the manway, and <br /> VI. Install penetration fittings in the fill sump <br /> on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has <br /> been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Muniappa Naidu at (209) 468-3439 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> b. Overfill prevention verification: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume <br /> shut off. <br /> c. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> d. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br /> there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br /> method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br /> e. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the piping and fill sumps if working below <br /> the product piping penetrations. <br /> f. Secondary containment testing on Piping and fill sumps. <br />
