Please accept this letter as
our return to compliance statement. Listed below is each violation followed by our response.
#18 The Diesel spill container has been replaced and tested on November 5",2010.
Ms.Tran was on site for this inspection.Documented statement to follow! Waiting for
construction company to forward completed paperwork.
#23c I have provided the missing March 2010 Designated Operator monthly inspection form.
I understand that these inspection reports need to be on file for a minimum of 12 months
The original was sent to French Camp and for some reason it was never placed into the
compliance binder. I have provided our back-up copy to you and also have provided
Frenck Camp with another copy for the binder so that we are in compliance with the 12
month requirement.
#23c Designated operator will complete your requests to enter a complete date for all
testing.
#23c Designated operator did fail to document that all alarms were due to compliance testing.
#23c As to the explanation to the Power up&Power down alarms was due to power failures
in area. Explanation to the System fail(Float missing)is due to very low fuel levels in
tank.
P.O.BOX 401,W SACRAMENTO,CA 95691 (800)477-7266
