UST Program Inspection Report (10/29/2015) <br /> Item 103 <br /> The completed (signed, dated, and witnessed) COFR has been update in CERS and accepted by the <br /> regulator. <br /> Item 104 <br /> The UST tank information has been updated in CERS and accepted by the regulator. <br /> Item 106 <br /> The monitoring plan has been updated in CERS and accepted by the regulator. <br /> Item 107 <br /> The monitoring site plan was updated and accepted by the regulator. <br /> Item 125 <br /> This site has failed to submit proper paperwork to return to compliance sin October 30, 2014. Moving <br /> forward, Ramos Oil will make every effort to stay in compliance and immediately respond to any <br /> violations found during inspection within the allotted 30 day time frame. <br /> Item 201 <br /> Maintenance records from the last 3 years will be maintained on site by our maintenance staff in a <br /> designated binder inside the monitoring equipment room. <br /> Item 204 <br /> Monitoring plan accepted by regulator will be available in a designated binder on site as well as <br /> electronically. <br /> Item 205 <br /> A copy of the current UST operating permit will be available in the Environmental Compliance Binder on <br /> site. <br /> Item 207 <br /> From now on, Ramos Oil D.O. will inspect and complete all required inspection reports including but not <br /> limited to monthly D.O. reporting with attached alarm history. <br /> Item 208 <br /> From now on, Ramos Oil D.O. will consistently perform monthly D.O. inspection and reports. D.O. <br /> reports will be stored in the Environmental Compliance Binder on site. <br />
