I recently reviewed the information in California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)that I believe was uploaded by you. Thank you for taking the time to make all of the revisions. <br /> Although the submittals in CERS were accepted by our agency,there are a number of items that still need to be revised <br /> based on my notes from the inspection on October 29, 2015. They include: <br /> UST Tank Information <br /> • Under the title Product/Waste Piping Construction-since Piping Construction is single-walled, remove <br /> Fiberglass from Secondary Containment; also, please check the Piping/Turbine Containment Sump; I believe <br /> that it is single-walled and not double-walled. <br /> • Under Vent,Vapor Recovery(VR)and Riser/Fill Pipe Piping Construction—I believe that fiberglass should be <br /> removed from Vapor Recovery Primary Containment. Also, under Fill Components Installed, please change <br /> "no" to "yes" for Containment Sump. <br /> • Under Corrosion Protection,change "no"to "yes"for Isolation. <br /> UST Monitoring Plan <br /> • Under Recordkeeping, I believe that"yes" should be changed to"no"for Tank Integrity Testing Results. <br /> UST Monitoring Site Plan <br /> • There is an annular sensor and there are sensors at each under dispenser containment,and in the fill and <br /> submersible turbine pump(STP)sumps. The sensor locations are not included on the monitoring site plan and <br /> need to be added. <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility(CFR) <br /> • The CFR does not have the signature and name of the witness or notary. Please resubmit the CFR with the <br /> witness' signature and name. <br /> Response Plan <br /> • Section V-Monitoring Indicators-has not been completed. (Also, please confirm that the Responsible Persons <br /> in Section IV are current and correct. <br /> I have appended the amended UST Program Inspection Report that was mailed in November 2015 and emailed to you <br /> on November 2, 2015,following the inspection.
