This is a repeat violation, Class II. 314 CCR 2631(a) Primary containment not tight (pre-Jul 2003). Approximately 1 cup of diesel fuel was observed in the Dispenser #2 and #4 UDC, indicating a leak in the primary piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Observed technician cleaned up the fuel with absorbent pads which were then placed in a hazardous waste container on site, and tightened the connection in the Dispenser which technician said the "weeping" was coming from. Violation has been corrected on site. This is a Minor Violation.
