Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br />required documents. This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />314 <br />CCR 2631(a) Primary containment not tight (pre-Jul 2003). <br />Approximately 1 cup of diesel fuel was observed in the Dispenser #2 and #4 UDC, indicating a leak in the primary <br />piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Observed technician cleaned up the fuel with <br />absorbent pads which were then placed in a hazardous waste container on site, and tightened the connection in the <br />Dispenser which technician said the "weeping" was coming from. Violation has been corrected on site.
