Harlan <br />Rd French Camp Ca. site, I have responded below. Please accept this letter as our return to <br />compliance statement. <br />1. Violation #201. Maintenance and Monitoring records are on site as of 11/30/2012. <br />Secondary Containment paperwork is also filed onsite. <br />2. Violations 301, 303, 304, 305. Corrected on 12/16/2012! Also filed on site! <br />3. Violations 311 and 313 also corrected on site 12/16/2012 <br />o- 4. Violation number #122 123 124 also corrected and on site. Also failed to file an exception <br />report at the time.
