Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Facility representative corrected and uploaded the Financial Responsibility into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan for both tanks the 87 & 91 inaccurately listed the monitoring of the Under Dispenser Containment(UDC). The monitoring plan submitted on 1-17-17 inaccurately indicated a "yes" under failure/disconnection of UDC Monitoring System Triggers Automatic Pump Shutdown. Also, this monitoring plan indicated secondary monitoring of double walled UDC, however, onsite UDCs are single walled. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Mr. Aman Mehroke made the necessary changes, and resubmitted the corrected monitoring plan at the time of inspection. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation.
