For both tanks, 87 and 91,the overfill mechanism listed audible and visual as a overfill, but during the field inspection the technician confirmed that there was no external audible and visual alarm present at this facility. For tank 91,the piping construction was listed as single-walled,but during a field inspection it was verified that it was double-walled. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes.
