Inc ® <br /> 23 March 2009 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 04-1173 <br /> Ms. Michelle Henry <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 600 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject: Revision to Addendum to Soil Sampling Work Plan <br /> Diesel Dispenser Island Area <br /> TRACY TRUCK STOP <br /> 3940 North Tracy Boulevard,Tracy, California <br /> Dear Ms. Henry: <br /> At the request of Mr.C.J.Jutla of Tracy Truck Stop,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has <br /> prepared the enclosed Revision to Addendum to Soil Sampling Work Plan-Diesel Dispenser Island <br /> Area for the above-referenced site.The work is being performed as part of a required sampling by <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD). <br /> Through emails and phone correspondence between SJCEHD (Ms. Henry), Kaiser Commercial <br /> Petroleum(Mr.Kaiser)and AGE(Mr.Deicke),SJCEHD determined that there was one additional <br /> sample in the AGE-prepared work plan than required by SJCEHD. AGE recognizes that only <br /> dispenser numbers 11 through 17 require upgrading and sampling. <br /> The proposed scope of work is reduced from eight borings to seven borings(13-11 through B-17). <br /> Proposed boring B-10 for dispenser number I IB has been eliminated. <br /> Revised site and boring location maps are included.A revised SJCEHD form Sampling Protocol for <br /> Routine Removal/Replacement is also included.Please note that the boring permit application will <br /> be for proposed borings B-11 through B-17. <br /> 837 Shaw Road, Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 Fax(209)467-1118 <br />
