The work is being performed as part of a required sampling near the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD). <br /> Through emails and phone correspondence between SJCEHD(Ms.Henry)and AGE(Mr.Deicke), <br /> SJCEHD determined a more specific and detailed work plan addendum was required to describe the <br /> procedures to collect soil samples from beneath the eight diesel dispensers located at the site. <br /> A location map and site map were previously provided with the AGE-prepared Soil Sampling Work <br /> Plan-Diesel Dispenser Island Area.This Addendum includes a map depicting the diesel dispenser <br /> islands (Figure 2B), a proposed boring location map (Figure 3); proposed boring detail (Figure 4) <br /> and proposed boring B-16 detail (Figure 5). <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of work includes the collection of eight soil samples; one sample will be collected from <br /> beneath each diesel dispenser. A one 3-foot wide by 1-foot long rectangular slab will be removed <br /> from near diesel dispenser number 16 to provide access to the product supply lines to determine the <br /> lines exact location, since as-built plans for the site are not available.
