Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST Service Technician <br />certification and is manufacturer certified for the spill bucket must be onsite when work <br />is performed. <br />3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br />the manufacturer of that component. <br />4. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br />a. The spill bucket must be tested to ensure it holds a minimum of 5 -gallons and <br />pass a one hour lake test or equivalent. <br />5. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br />6. This permit expires 90 days from the approval date. <br />7.
