AOL Page 2 of 4 <br />Hi Robert, <br />No, Single wall and double wall sump designations are made in the State Water Resource are Control District <br />(SWRCD) regulations. Correct me if I'm wrong Kasey, those designations are exclusively made concerning <br />underground fuel storage tanks. Furthermore, only tanks installed underground after about 2004 are required <br />to have double wall "sumps" throughout the system.
