a FlIECOPY <br />C7 <br />The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br />been addressed for CHEVRON STATION #1731* as of March 03, 2017. <br />Open violations from February 06, 2017 inspection <br />Violation #104 - UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. <br />UST Tank Information forms for the87 and the 91 tanks uploaded into CERS on 7-12-2016 are not current. Both <br />uploaded tank forms indicate incorrectly that spill containment sumps are installed on this system, this facility has <br />direct bury spill containers. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br />Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
