The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209) 468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to <br />backfilling. This is only required if the buckets are replaced. <br />b. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br />test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. Capacity test is only <br />required if the buckets are replaced. <br />c. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on under dispenser containment 7/8 sump. <br />d. Secondary containment testing of product piping after returning the station to <br />operating condition. <br />e. Secondary containment testing of the tanks if concrete is broken over the tanks. <br />Test after returning the station to operating condition. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system or receive fuel in <br />the 87 or 91 octane tanks prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br />4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />
