Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Verification of conversion frames installation per the manufacturer's installation <br /> instructions. <br /> b. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> (UDC) sumps and verification that all potential product piping leaks will be captured <br /> in the UDC. <br /> c. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any product leaks. <br /> d. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the <br /> Veeder Root system. Submit the test results to the EHD following the "cold start". <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br />
