SR0071126, revised <br />120 Frank West Circle Stockton, CA 95206 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to install a Veeder Root 794390-404 sensor for the used oil tank and <br />replace the Veeder Root Mag Plus tank probe for the unleaded tank on the underground <br />storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that <br />a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br />performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time <br />of EHD inspection. <br />b. Overfill prevention verification: Verify that external audio and visual alarm activates <br />when tank is 90% full. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 tank prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4.
