The 87 and the 91 octane annular(VR 409)sensors were approximately 1 foot too short and not located at the lowest point of their respective tanks. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an audible and visual alarm system. Both sensors were replaced with longer sensors and retested during the inspection. A"UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite"form has been completed and provided to the operator and contractor. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: This is a revised report issued at the time of inspection. The observed violation was corrected at the time of inspection. Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014,facility operators are required to upload the following UST program documents into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS):UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST letter from Chief Financial Officer(if applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
