(except those that must be in motion for lubrication). Shut <br /> down mechanical equipment prior to and during fueling <br /> operations. When refueling or transferring fuel,containers <br /> and equipment must be bonded to prevent the buildup of <br /> static electricity. <br /> Personal Protective Equipment Re uired for this Task: <br /> Type Description <br /> Insulated hand-augers Hand-augers fitted with rubber handles,or other non-conductive material. <br /> Training Required for this Task: <br /> Type Description <br /> SSC Classroom Training Initial classroom training detailing the ERM subsurface clearance process, tools, and forms. <br /> SSC Experienced Person At least one must be present on all sites involving SSC. The Experienced Person will both give SSC <br /> expertise in project execution and mentor less experienced employees. <br /> Forms Associated with this Task: <br /> Type Description <br /> SSC Checklist Checklist detailing the ERM SSC process, and providing tools to ensure critical zones and excavation <br /> buffers are properly identified and validated in the field. <br /> SSC Mentorship Card The SSC Mentorship Card provides Experienced Persons with topics to be covered with less <br /> experienced employees on SSC sites,and also documents mentoring of the less experienced employees. <br /> Daily Drill Rig Inspection Form Form required to be used by ERM subcontractors to document daily inspection of drill rigs. This form <br /> should be provided by the drill rig operating company. Completed forms should be kept with the <br /> ERM North America 5 Form Rev.:05-05 <br />
