Once completed,the JHA <br /> should be reviewed regularly with site personnel who will be performing this task. <br /> Task Description: <br /> Guidelines for communicating hazards posed by the storage and/or use of chemicals. <br /> Hazard Analysis: <br /> Task Step Hazard Control Measures <br /> Storing Chemicals in the Office Chemicals stored in ERM offices or Field Project If at all possible,do not store chemicals in the office <br /> Setting Offices may lead to employee chemical exposure, environment. <br /> chemical spills,or fires from flammable materials. <br /> For each chemical product used by ERM employees or stored <br /> in an ERM field or office location,a MSDS sheet must be <br /> obtained and kept on-file. A chemical inventory list must be <br /> prepared and updated as new or different chemicals are <br /> procured. Chemical containers must be labeled in accordance <br /> with OSHA regulations. <br /> Train all employees who will use or be present in the general <br /> vicinity of chemicals annually about hazard communication. <br /> If new or updated chemicals are procured,hazard <br /> communication training must be given to affected employees <br /> prior to using or storing the chemical. <br /> ERM North America 1 Form Rev.:05-08 <br />
