5. SCHEDULE AND REPORTING <br /> Following receipt and review of all laboratory analytical reports, Geosyntec will prepare a Site <br /> Characterization Report which will include the following: <br /> • A description of the field activities and any deviations from the Work Plan; <br /> • Completed well installation diagrams, survey results, and boring logs; <br /> • Copies of all laboratory analytical reports produced as part of this investigation; <br /> • A discussion of the analytical results and updated CSM based on the data collected <br /> during the data gaps investigation; <br /> • Maps and cross-sections delineating the location of data points and sulfolane distribution, <br /> as necessary; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> Fieldwork is scheduled to start on July 23, 2018, pending approval of this Work Plan by the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), approval of San Joaquin County drilling <br /> permits, and approval of access agreements with property owners. The Site Characterization <br /> Report will be completed and submitted to the RWQCB within 60 days following completion of <br /> field work. <br /> Site Characterization Work Plan 10 June 22,2018 <br />
