Breathing zone vapor at detectable concentrations at the borehole, <br /> as detected by an OVA, require site personnel to use a respirator <br /> with organic vapor cartridges and goggles while working in the <br /> exclusion zone. <br /> 2. Breathing zone vapor at detectable concentrations at the borehole <br /> requires site manager to monitor site perimeter (concentrating in <br /> the down wind direction). <br /> 3. Breathing zone vapor concentrations that reach.or exceed a value of <br /> 10 parts per million at the borehole requires site activities'to be <br /> stopped until concentrations decrease. Site manager should' <br /> continuously monitor site perimeter. <br /> lM SITE PERINJETER MONITORING/REGULATORY AGENCY <br /> NOTIFICATION _ <br /> 1. If breathing zone vapor concentrations are detected at the site <br /> perimeter, the site manager shall monitor the perimeter on 30 <br /> minute intervals. <br /> 2. If the vapor concentrations continue to reach or exceed a value of 10 <br /> Part per million, at the site perimeter for 15 minutes, drilling <br /> activities shall be stopped. Appropriate regulatory agencies should <br /> be contacted (see below). Site manager shall continue to monitor <br /> conditions until levels are reduced to background concentrations. <br />
