Hwy I2 <br /> ILodi, California <br /> June 21, 1993 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' This report describes the removal of four (4) underground <br /> storage tanks from Idlewild Market located at 3049 W. Highway 12 <br /> in Lodi, California (see Figure 1, Appendix A for site location <br /> map) . Following the tank removal, one of the tank pits (Pit 1) <br /> was over-excavated to remove petroleum stained soil. Included in <br /> this report are descriptions of the field work and laboratory <br /> analyses conducted during the investigation and recommendations <br /> for further mitigation. The report was prepared by Condor Earth <br /> Technologies Inc . (Condor) at the request of Mr. Keith Tallia, <br /> Oil Equipment Service, San Andreas, California. The tanks were <br /> located as shown in Figure 2, Appendix A. See Table 1 below for <br /> specific tank information. <br /> I <br /> CONDOR <br />
