INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Charlie Jacobs,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br />' quarterly report for the property located at 13889 West Highway 12, Lodi, California The scope of <br /> work included monitoring and sampling four on-site ground water monitoring wells, submission of <br /> monitoring and analytical data to the State Water Resources Control Board's GeoTracker <br /> information management system, and preparation of this report The site and surrounding area are <br /> illustrated on Figure i Structures, soil borings, and monitoring well locations are illustrated on <br /> Figure 2 <br />' This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines established by the Central Valley <br />' Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the subsurface investigation of <br /> underground storage tank (UST) sites Background information, including details of previous site <br /> assessment work, is presented in Appendix A <br /> I <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' . Field work was conducted in accordance with guidelines established by the CVRWQCB for the <br /> investigation of UST sites and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> for the sampling of ground water monitoring wells <br /> I2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On 16 November 2005, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br /> in monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-4 relative to the tops of the well casings After the depth <br /> to ground water measurements were collected, casing water in each monitoring well was evacuated <br /> using dedicated, disposable polyethylene bailers Approximately 8 5 to 9 gallons of water were <br /> evacuated from each of the monitoring wells, equivalent to three casing water volumes per well <br /> Temperature, pH, and conductivity of the purged water were measured for stability at regular <br /> intervals using an Oakton water analyzer Field sheets and data are provided in Appendix B Purged <br /> water was containerized in properly labeled, Department of Transportation (DOT)-approved <br /> I55-gallon drums and stored on-site pending proper disposal <br /> 2 2 COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> .
