SCOPE OF WORK <br />' A search for potential ground water conduits and receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the site <br /> consisted of the following <br />' • A search of driller's water well logs on file with the Department of Water Resources, <br /> • A reconnaissance of visually observable potential receptors, <br />' • A search for San Joaquin County water well locations with PHS-EHD, <br /> • A search for federal water wells with the Bureau of Reclamation, <br />' • A search for septic systems with the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Program <br />' 2.0. FINDINGS <br />' Drinking water at and near the site is not supplied by the city, county or state According to Charles <br /> Jacobs,the owner of Te=nous Market, the market utilizes bottled water for drinking purposes, and <br /> has for over 15 years At the east end of the site is a water pump,which draws water from the nearby <br /> ditch approximately 120 feet south of the site for irrigation purposes <br /> One domestic well was located within the 2000-foot radius of the site, approximately 250 feet west <br /> of the site The well is located at the physical address 13999 West Highway 12 and is owned by <br /> William Gamer Information regarding this well was supplied by the Department of Water Resources <br /> (DWR) This well was drilled in 1988 to a depth of 70 feet bsg, and is screened from 70 feet to 62 <br /> feet bsg The boring log is included in Appendix A <br /> The Terminous Market is currently on a septic system Two septic tanks are located on the site, one <br /> to the east of the market, and the other to the east of the residential dwelling located on the property <br /> No additional information is known regarding the septic system Information regarding the septic <br />' system was supplied by Charles Jacobs, owner of Terminous Market Septic tanks are outlined on <br /> Figure 2 <br /> No additional wells were located within 2,000 feet of the subject property on the DWR database or <br /> the SJCFC&WCD map No other wells were identified during the physical survey Figure A depicts <br /> the approximate location of the domestic water well located during the receptor survey <br /> • <br /> Advanced GeoEn%ironmental,Inc <br />
