If site conditions <br /> recuire the use of a full face negative pressure, air purifying respirator for protection from Asbestos or <br /> lead, enplcyees must have had a Quantitative fit test, administered according to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1002 or <br /> 1025 within the last b months. <br /> (c) Medical Monitoring Requirements - All personnel, including visitors, entering the exclusion or <br /> contamination reduction zones must be certified as medically fit to work, and to wear a respirator, if <br /> appropriate, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1925/1910 or 29 GFR 1910.120. <br /> The Site Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for verifying all certifications and fit tests. <br />
