Any request for <br /> work beyond the hours noted herein and any work on the weekends and holidays will require prior approval from the City. <br /> The Permittee shall pay for all additional City inspections beyond the normal working hours. <br /> 14. City inspections shall be performed Monday - Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Any inspection performed beyond <br /> these hours, in accordance with Condition 13 of this permit, will be considered overtime and will be paid by the <br /> Permittee in advance to the Public Works Department. <br /> 15. Non-compliance of City Codes, Plans, Specifications and conditions of this permit may result in fines and penalties as <br /> established by the City Council. <br /> 16.
