Harlan Road. It is further <br /> identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 195-121-30 - C-2 (Community <br /> Commercial) zoning -- vacant land. <br /> Attached please find a copy of the application form, map and <br /> Environmental Site assessment conducted by Wallace--Kuhl and <br /> associates, Inc. This letter is provided because there is some <br /> contamination of the property from petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> (gasoline ) from some underground tanks that existed at one time. <br /> This contamination is limited to Parcel 1 of the proposed map. <br /> Cleanup of this type of contamination consists of excavating the <br /> dirt, stockpiling it on the property and turning it over <br /> occasionally.
