As San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) indicated in prior correspondence, Southland, 7-11, has requested site 1
certification so that the site can be closed with no further action.
Attached is a copy of the analytical resu'Its from the September 6, 1995 sampling event. The
results confirm that your domestic well is not impacted by petroleum Y etroleum h drocarbons which
may have migrated from the location of the former underground storage tanks.
Therefore, please be informed that Southland will no longer be sampling your well. Also,
note that should you have been receiving bottled water that service will be discontinued.
PHS/EHD expects to close the site in the near future. Should you have any questions,
please contact Mary Meays at (209) 468-0337.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
n f
IVl \
a
Mary Meays, Senior REHS Diane M.
